Taylor Swift fans noticed that every Taylor song on Spotify has the same "4.26 Midnight Eastern" background -- EXCEPT for The Story Of Us, which has the album art for her 2010 album "Speak Now." Ironically, The Story Of Us is 4:26 long and is the 7th song on the track-listing of the Speak Now album. The next album Tay-Tay releases will be her 7th.
I still say it's a combo of new music and some kind of either engagement or wedding announcement.
