Counting Calories Probably Won't Help You Lose Weight

I feel like we're all smart enough to get this now, but simply just counting calories isn't what helps you lose weight as a lifestyle change, because as soon as you stop counting, you're going to gain it all right back. But when you eat better (cut sugars, bad fats, grains/carbs), you'll start dropping and keeping the weight off, plus feel better!
