Over the last couple weeks, A LOT has come out about Harvey Weinstein. And what's good is WE ARE TALKING ABOUT IT instead of sweeping it all under the rug and just moving on like nothing bad has happened. What's even better? There are a lot of stars coming out saying they refuse to put up with it.
Kevin Smith is one of them.
Kevin, best-known for starring in and directing Clerks, had that movie, Mallrats, and Chasing Amy all financed by Harvey. The other day on Twitter, he was asked his thoughts on everything.
Other than that response, Kevin is also responding by swearing to not benefit any longer by any Harvey-backed film, and instead will donate future revenue to the charity Women In Film. And THAT, my friends, is the sign of a good dude.
