We're all psyched for the live-action remake of "Aladdin," right? At least, we were, until Disney announced their latest casting.
Turns out for this remake, Disney actually created a character, Prince Anders, that was never seen or heard from in the original cartoon movie, and announced that they had cast "Into The Woods" actor Billy Magnussen for the role.
And, predictably, there was a STUPID amount of backlash on Twitter over it.
The only way Disney can fix this is if they make Prince Anders a slave to Aladdin or Jafar or something, and have it be shown his first name is Prince, not that he's a Prince named Anders.
