Police recently arrested 4 suspects in connection with the "Game of Thrones" Episode 4 leak prior its airing on August 6 after an investigation pointed their way. But here's the kicker, the 4 suspects are connected to the TV station Star India, which has rights to air GoT. Basically, it sounds like they got their hands on the episode from HBO ahead of time, possibly in preparation for the airing, but instead leaked the episode all over the internet.
It doesn't make much sense, though, because officials are saying this is a separate incident from the HBO hackers. So, why these dudes decided to go all rogue and leak the episode days before its airing really makes zero sense, since they're not holding episodes hostage like the hackers are.
