Will Netflix Finally Ditch The "Are You Still Watching" Feature?

For YEARS, this question from Netflix has bugged the crap out of subscribers. Since it's going viral AGAIN for being annoying, and everyone knows Netflix is for binging, will they FINALLY remove the feature?
